At Parkland, we are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. This Website Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect from or about you, how we use, and to whom we disclose that information.

Parkland has adopted a series of Privacy Policies in order to address the specific privacy concerns of certain groupings of individuals. This Website Privacy Policy applies to how we collect, use and disclose the personal information of those individuals who visit the Parkland Website. What is Personal Information?

We collect, use and disclose your personal information with your consent (which may be express or implied) or as required or permitted by law. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that personal information in accordance with this statement of privacy practices. If this statement of privacy practices is not acceptable to you, please do not submit any of your personal information.

Subject to legal and contractual requirements and upon reasonable notice, you may withdraw your consent to our further collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. If you refuse or withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide you with certain products, services or information, but we will not require personal information beyond what is required to provide those products, services or information.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

You can visit our website without telling us who you are or revealing sensitive information about yourself, including your e-mail address. Our web server may collect information related to your visit to our website, including the IP address and domain used to access our website, the type and version of your browser, the website you came from to access our website, the page you entered and exited at, any website page within our website that is viewed by that IP address and what country you are from. We use this information to monitor our website's performance (such as number of visits, average time spent, page views) and for our business purposes such as working to continually upgrade our website.

In addition, we collect the personal information that you submit to our website, such as your name, address and any other contact or other information that you choose to provide by, for example:

using the ""contact us"" portion of the Parkland Website; applying for a position through the Parkland Website; or corresponding with a representative of Parkland via e-mail using the hyperlinks created for that purpose.

If you have asked us to put you on an e-mail mailing list, or if we send you information about our offers on products and services by e-mail, you may ask us to remove you from the list at any time (using the unsubscribe instructions provided with each e-mail and on the site where you signed up)."

Digital Markers (such as Cookies) and Other Technologies We use a few technologies to collect non-personal information to make your experience on our websites better. We gather this information to make our websites more efficient and relevant for you, improve website functionality and fix experiences that may be broken.

Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics: this program works with our other tracking technologies below to paint a picture of how you and our other guests use our website. • Cookies: these small files are placed in the temporary folder of your browser and help us track information about the use of our website during your session. • Pixel Tags: these invisible images are placed on some of our webpages to enhance our analytics where our regular tracking may not be enough. • Session data logs: our servers automatically collect some anonymous information about your session and create log files. • Location tracking: we use your device’s GPS capability or your desktop IP address to track your location so you can use our station locator accurately and see localized content.

How Do We Use Cookies? "When you visit the Parkland Website, we may place a ""cookie"" on the hard drive or web browser of your computer to track your visit. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your hard drive through your web browser that can only be read by the website that placed the cookie on your hard drive or web browser. The cookie acts as an identification card and allows our website to identify you and to record your passwords and preferences. The cookie allows us to track your visit to the Parkland Website so that we can better understand your use of our website so that we can customize and tailor the Parkland Website to better meet your needs.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies. However, on most web browsers you may change this setting to have your web browser either: (i) notify you prior to a website placing a cookie on your hard drive so that you can decide whether or not to accept the cookie; or (ii) automatically prevent the placing of a cookie on your hard drive. Remarketing allows us to reach people who have previously showed interest in our services. We connect to potential customers online by showing a compelling message or offer that may encourage them to return. Third-party vendors, such as Google, help us target potential clients by placing ads on the Google Display Network. Ad placement is done by using cookies to serve ads based on a user's past visits to our website(s). If visitors would like to opt-out of Google’s use of cookies, they can do so by visiting the Ads Preferences Manager or they can visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page."

Our website may contain links to other websites that may be subject to less stringent privacy standards, including social media websites. We cannot assume any responsibility for the privacy practices, policies or actions of the third-parties that operate these websites.

How is Your Personal Information Protected?

Parkland endeavors to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in question. These safeguards are designed to prevent your personal information from loss and unauthorized access, copying, use, modification or disclosure.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while the Parkland Website strives to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once the Parkland Website receives your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

Interpretation of this Privacy Policy

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We may collect and maintain different types of personal information in respect of the individuals with whom we interact.

THIS INCLUDES:

contact and identification information, such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; product and service related information concerning the products and services that we provide to, or receive from, you; credit and financial information such as your direct deposit and banking information; and business relationship information, including information related to your agreements, preferences, advisors and decision-makers, feed-back and information requested by or provided to you.

We may also collect market-related information, which may include personal information, concerning market trends and activities impacting our business. This information may include contract terms, financial information and other information for the purpose of market analysis and strategic planning. We may also collect information related to our media, investor and public relations activities and information related to our interactions with financial and other analysts and advisors.

Parkland's operations include activities related to the marketing and distribution of fuels; as such, Parkland may also collect personal information from individuals participating in and / or impacted by those activities, including information related to obtaining permits and licenses, emergency planning and environmental stewardship.

As a general rule, Parkland collects personal information directly from you. In most circumstances where the personal information that we collect about you is held by a third-party, we will obtain your permission before we seek out this information from such sources (such permission may be given directly by you, or implied from your actions).

From time to time, we may utilize the services of third-parties and may also receive personal information collected by those third-parties in the course of the performance of their services for us or otherwise. Where this is the case, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such third-parties have represented to us that they have the right to disclose your personal information to us."

Why Do We Collect Personal Information?

Parkland collects personal information to enable us to manage, maintain, and develop our operations, including: • to establish, maintain and manage our relationship with you so that we may provide you with, or receive from you, the products and services that have been requested; • to be able to review the products and services that we provide to you so that we may understand your requirements for our products and services and so that we may work to improve our products and services; • to be able to review the products and services that we obtain from you so that we may work with you and so that you may understand our requirements for such products and services; • to be able to comply with your requests (for example, if you prefer to be contacted at a business or residential telephone number and advise us of your preference, we will use this information to contact you at that number); • to enable us to undertake our environmental, health and safety activities, including incident planning, response and investigation • to protect us against error, fraud, theft and damage to our goods and property; • to enable us to comply with applicable law or regulatory process (for example, we may collect personal information to satisfy the obligations imposed on us by our various regulators); and • any other reasonable purpose to which you consent.

Monitoring of our Facilities and Equipment

In the course of conducting our business, we may monitor our facilities and equipment. For example, some Parkland locations are equipped with surveillance cameras. These cameras are generally in high-risk areas or plant sites.

Where in use, surveillance cameras are there for the protection of employees and third-parties, and to protect against theft, vandalism and damage to Parkland goods and property. Generally, recorded images are routinely destroyed and not shared with third-parties unless there is suspicion of a crime, in which case they may be turned over to the police or other appropriate government agency or authority.

This is not meant to suggest that all individuals visiting our facilities will in fact be monitored or their actions subject to surveillance. It is meant to bring to your attention that such monitoring may occur and may result in the collection of personal information from you.

How Do We Use and Disclose Your Personal Information?

We may use or disclose your personal information:

for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy; and for any additional purposes for which we have obtained your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information.

We may use or disclose your personal information without your knowledge or consent where we are permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements to do so.

When do we Disclose Your Personal Information? We may share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants and other parties who require such information to assist us with managing our relationship with you, including third-parties that provide services to us or on our behalf.

For example, some of our third-party service providers may provide certain information technology and data processing services to us from time to time so that we may operate our business, and as result, your personal information may be collected, used, processed, stored or disclosed in the United States of America or in other countries.
